UNITE uses a multimodal intervention model that incorporates aspects of case management, wrap-around services, and home-based models to facilitate communication among the real-world systems of the adolescent Epstein, Kutash, & Duchnowski, 1998; Evans, Armstrong, & Kuppinger, 1996; Grundle, 2002; see Figure 1 ; .
